Podcast Content Ownership
  1. Ownership of Recorded Material.
    All audio, video, transcripts, show notes, derivative content, and any other materials generated during podcast recordings or interviews are owned exclusively by GM unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing before the recording takes place.
  1. Rights Granted by Guests.
    By participating in a podcast recording, guests grant GM a perpetual, worldwide, royalty free license to record, edit, reproduce, distribute, publish, promote, and otherwise use the content of the interview in any format now known or later developed. This includes use in podcasts, videos, social media content, written summaries, and promotional material.
  1. No Obligation to Publish.
    GM is not required to publish or distribute any recorded material and may edit or adapt the content at its discretion.
  1. Pre Interview Exceptions.
    Any exceptions to ownership or licensing must be agreed in writing before the interview begins. Verbal agreements or informal understandings are not sufficient.
Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or a service offered by GM, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above. If you do not accept these terms, you should refrain from accessing or using the site, a service or any form of content associated with GM.
