Terms of Service

Purpose

This website and any documents shared through this website have been prepared by George Mathew (“GM”) for informational purposes only. They are intended solely for the exclusive use of the intended recipient(s) and may include confidential, proprietary, or legally privileged information. These Terms of Service also cover Fractional Services offered by GM to clients contracted to do so.

Scope

  1. Covered Materials. These terms apply to work products created for clients as per contracts, all content created, produced, published, or distributed by GM. This includes books, reports, articles, newsletters, podcasts, videos, audio recordings, transcripts, textual materials, images, illustrations, graphics, infographics, presentations, digital products, course materials, social media content, and any other media format now known or developed in the future.
  1. Formats and Distribution. The Terms apply regardless of the platform, channel, distribution method, or technical format in which the work products or content appears, including digital, print, streaming, broadcast, online, mobile, and mixed media environments.
  1. Inclusion of AI Generated Content. The scope includes any work product or content created or assisted by artificial intelligence systems, tools, or models used by GM in the development or production process.

Legal Restrictions

This work product or content is not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation. By accessing this website or any related work product, documents, you agree to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.

Accuracy and Reliability

The information and opinions provided are compiled from sources believed to be reliable. However, GM makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, or reliability. GM accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the use of this website or its contents or work products produced through a Fractional service.

Completeness of Information

The materials provided do not claim to be comprehensive or to contain all information a user may require. Opinions, estimates, and projections expressed represent the current judgment of GM at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice.

No Guarantee of Future Results

Any references to past performance of strategies, solutions, technologies, or products should not be construed as guarantees or indications of future performance. Clients and users are encouraged to conduct independent evaluations before making any business or investment decisions.

Use of Artificial Intelligence

  1. AI-Generated Content. The work products or content provided by GM may include or be derived from materials generated, assisted, or processed by artificial intelligence (AI) systems, including but not limited to text, audio, images, and video.
  1. No Guarantees of Accuracy or Performance. AI systems may produce outputs that are incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or otherwise imperfect. GM does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, suitability, or performance of any AI-generated content.
  1. User Responsibility. Users are responsible for evaluating the appropriateness and accuracy of any content -including AI-generated content -before relying on it. Use of the content is at the user’s own risk.
  1. Right to Update or Modify. GM may update or modify the methods, tools, and AI systems used in the creation or delivery of content at any time without notice.

Podcast Content Ownership

  1. Ownership of Recorded Material. All audio, video, transcripts, show notes, derivative content, and any other materials generated during podcast recordings or interviews are owned exclusively by GM unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing before the recording takes place.
  1. Rights Granted by Guests. By participating in a podcast recording, guests grant GM a perpetual, worldwide, royalty free license to record, edit, reproduce, distribute, publish, promote, and otherwise use the content of the interview in any format now known or later developed. This includes use in podcasts, videos, social media content, written summaries, and promotional material.
  1. No Obligation to Publish. GM is not required to publish or distribute any recorded material and may edit or adapt the content at its discretion.
  1. Pre Interview Exceptions. Any exceptions to ownership or licensing must be agreed in writing before the interview begins. Verbal agreements or informal understandings are not sufficient.

Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or a service offered by GM, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above. If you do not accept these terms, you should refrain from accessing or using the site, a service or any form of content associated with GM. You are also agreeing to delete any information or documents downloaded via this website and/or other channels prior to becoming aware of these terms of service.
